6th Grade

In this course, students will explore the foundations health, the human body and how it was designed by God, and foundations about healthcare. Through a Christian perspective, we will delve into the basics of human anatomy, structure and function, and health. Students will learn about the different systems of the body, including the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy. They will also learn the importance of basic nutrition, posture and exercise, and maintaining overall health. Additionally, students will learn about common health issues and how they can be addressed through prayer, medicine, and lifestyle changes. This course will equip students to make informed decisions about their own health and wellness, while also honoring God's creation.

7th Grade

In this course, students will explore the next foundational levels of health, the human body and how it was designed to function. Students will dig into more content on human anatomy and its systems, and other health topics. Students will learn about the different systems of the body, including the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy. The importance of nutrition and meal prep, exercise, and developing healthy habits are explored.

8th Grade

In this course, students will explore the wonders of the human body and how it was designed by God. Through a Christian perspective, we will delve into the basics of human anatomy, physiology, and health. Students will learn about the different systems of the body, including the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy. We will also examine the importance of nutrition, exercise, and hygiene in maintaining overall health.

Additionally, students will learn about common health issues and how they can be addressed through prayer, medicine, and lifestyle changes. This course will equip students to make informed decisions about their own health and wellness, while also honoring God's creation.

9th Grade

This course is an extension of our introductory course on health and wellness. Students will delve deeper into the human body and explore more complex systems such as the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems. We will also examine the importance of sleep, stress management, and mental health.

This course will challenge students to think critically about health issues from a Christian perspective and develop a deeper understanding of God's design in their bodies.

10th Grade

This course is an extension of our introductory course on health and wellness. Students will delve deeper into the human body and explore more complex systems such as the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems. We will also examine the importance of sleep, stress management, and mental health.

Additionally, students will learn about common health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, and how they can be addressed through prayer, medicine, and lifestyle changes.

11th Grade

In this advanced course, students will explore the latest scientific discoveries in human design and health. We will examine topics such as nutrition, exercise physiology and immunology. Students will also learn about advanced healthcare topics.

Throughout this course, students will apply biblical principles to real-life health situations and develop a deeper understanding of God's design in their bodies. This course will prepare students to think critically about healthcare issues from a Christian perspective and make informed decisions about their own health.

12th Grade

In this advanced course, students will explore the health, human body, wellness and healthcare career topics in preparation for a career

Throughout this course, students will apply biblical principles to real-life health situations and develop a deeper understanding of God's design in their bodies, as well as making healthy choices in the home, and in their career pursuits. This course will prepare students from a Christian perspective and make informed decisions about their own health.
